À propos de la chaîne
Love cooking, sharing recipes, and talking all things nutrition and health. I'm a French registered dietitian with a University Degree in Nutrition and Metabolic Diseases from the Faculty of Medicine in Paris. During the week, I work full-time in medical research, and on weekends, I practice as a part-time dietitian. The Easy French Diet is based on the traditional French way of eating. It's the way my family eats every day, and the one I recommend to my clients (adjusted for age, height, weight, activity level). It’s all about eating real whole food, cooking easy meals, and maintaining a healthy weight while aging well. Visit my website: easyfrenchdiet.com for recipes and to get my nutrition plan. NB: this channel is a hobby. It’s a space for people who love to eat well and cook, and share this passion. I delete all rude comments towards me or community members.
