In 2020 I started building automations, then AI automations, until late 2025 when I started building my first agent. Within months it took over everything I do. Today I build and operate agents full time for myself, my wife, and my clients (7-8 figure e-commerce brands). General-purpose agents used daily by dozens of people, and single-purpose agents handling customer service autonomously.
