Welcome to Our Château Life. We're Lionel and Claire, a Franco-British couple sharing a life that is equal parts beautiful, chaotic, ambitious and wonderfully absurd. Together we're restoring a historic French château, but this channel isn't really about renovation. It's about the life that happens in between. Ancient rooms, dogs underfoot, dinners with friends, French adventures, impossible plans, occasional disasters and finding humour where we least expect it. It's about two people who love each other deeply, dream far bigger than they probably should, and somehow keep moving forward with determination, optimism and laughter. Featured on Channel 4's Château DIY, our story begins with a château, but it's really about creating a life worth living and sharing it with people who feel more like friends than viewers.
